In 1990, the Spanish Army adopted a desert camouflage pattern to equip troops deployed mainly on United Nations missions. This pattern is a scaled-down version (about 20% smaller) of the original US six-color design, featuring black and white "chips" over medium brown, light brown, and tan shapes on a sandy base.
It remains standard issue for the Army and Spanish Legion. The shirt measures 21" across the chest, includes padded shoulders with a flag patch on the arm, and is in excellent condition with all buttons and snaps fully functional and no damage.
